Will the free tier ever go away or get crippled?
No. The free tier is permanent and the feature set above will not be reduced. We may add new features that are paid-only over time, but everything currently in the free tier stays free.
We make this commitment publicly because it's the foundation of the trust relationship. If we ever broke it, the brand would be done.
What's BYOK and why should I care?
BYOK ("Bring Your Own Key") means you plug in your own API key for premium third-party services (Hunter.io, Apollo, Tiga, Claude, etc.) and pay those providers directly. DealArena never sees a margin on third-party usage.
This matters because: (1) you're not paying us a markup on top of provider costs, (2) you keep your existing subscriptions and don't have to migrate, (3) we don't profit from your usage volume.
What if I outgrow the Free tier limits?
You upgrade to Pro for $19/month and the limits go away. Or you stay on Free and manage within the limits. We won't auto-upgrade you, lock your data, or disable features without warning.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade Free → Pro mid-month and we prorate. Downgrade Pro → Free at end of billing cycle and you keep your data forever.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes, 14 days, no credit card required. You sign up for Pro, use it for 14 days, and either convert to paid or roll back to Free. Your data persists either way.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, Pro annual is $190/year (save $38, two months free). Enterprise pricing is always annual.
Who is Enterprise actually for?
Staffing firms with 10+ recruiters, SaaS sales teams with 5+ BDMs, and any organization that needs SSO, RBAC, custom integrations, or hands-on onboarding. If you're a solo BDM or a small team, Pro is enough.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. ACH for annual Enterprise contracts.
What's your refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee on Pro. If you're not happy, email and we refund, no interrogation.
Can I self-host DealArena?
Source code is public on GitHub but commercial self-hosting is not currently supported. Talk to us if your organization requires on-premise deployment, we may build it for Enterprise customers with the right contract.
