You keep your data
Everything you type or import stays yours. We store and process it to run the service, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
Section 05 in the full document →This is the short version, written to be read. It is a summary of the full Terms of Service, and where the two ever disagree, the full document wins.

Section 05 in the full document →The platform, code, brand and design stay ours. Your licence lasts as long as your account does, and it is not transferable.
Sections 02 and 04 →Not by us, not by our model vendors. Agent runs process your data for that call and nothing is retained for training.
Section 06 →The CRM tier has no card, no timer, and no seat tax. Paid plans bill per seat in advance and cancel in one click.
Section 08 →League performance can earn a warm introduction to our angel network. We open the door; investors decide, and nothing is promised.
Section 07 →No scraping, no unlawful email, no reselling seats, no probing other tenants. Break that and the account closes, with export first.
Sections 09 and 10 →We publish a 99.9% uptime target and own incidents in the changelog, but the service comes without warranties of fitness.
Sections 11 and 12 →Email before anything formal; most disputes end there. Otherwise, individual arbitration under Virginia law, with a small-claims carve-out.
Sections 14 and 15 →Email the clause that surprised you. If it turns out the language was doing something the plain-English summary did not say, the summary is what we honour for your account, and the document gets fixed in the next revision.
Flag a clause →Hey — I'm trained on DealArena's help guides, pricing, and product docs. Ask me anything.
