By creating a DealArena account you enter a binding agreement with DealArena LLC, a company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Below is a summary; the full document is at /tos.
What you're agreeing to
A licence to use DealArena while your account is open. You keep your data; we keep the software.
- License (EULA). You get a limited, non-transferable right to use DealArena for sales and BD work. You can't copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or use it to build a competitor.
- Your account. You must be 18+. You're responsible for your credentials.
- Our IP. The DealArena software, designs, name, brand marks, gamification mechanics, and The Sauce signal logic remain ours.
- Your content is yours. You own everything you upload. We get a license only to host and serve it back to you. You can export it any time, free, for as long as the account is open — full JSON, no ransom.
Data & AI
Your CRM records are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not train models on them.
- We do not train AI models on your data. Your prospects, notes, and sequences are not in any training set.
- Pro tier only: by subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to share aggregated, deidentified usage metrics (counts, averages, adoption rates) with investors evaluating DealArena. Never your actual content. Never PII. Never anything tied to you.
- Free-tier data is excluded from that disclosure category.

Conduct & termination
No scraping, no spam, no reselling seats. Break that and the account closes; you can export first.
No spam, no malware, no harassment. We may terminate accounts without refund for fraud or racist / discriminatory conduct, or for material breach of these terms.
Law
